Basically im just exploring dataverse .

Im only familiar with sharepoint group access and usually i restrict the powerapps apps role based access using sharepoint list or groups generally.

My query is how to use dataverse access for groups or how we restrict access to canvas app screens based on roles.

We have admin and visitors access details (functional requirement) and im not sure how to create dataverse access for this scenario and restrict role based access in powerapps canvas app screens.

You can create business unit and teams in dataverse and assign them required security role then add your user in team.

If we are allowing entire users from organization for contribute access in dataverse

how we can add entire users from company in dataverse ,what i say is in sharepoint we create sharepoint group which has contribute access then we just add All users .

In dataverse, you will have parent business unit and that business h tu have team sl all user will be under that team
