I have yes and no two buttons Yes have 5 values and no has 4 values but email option is their where the should add email and receives the email on outlook. Automate has all function of 'Ask in PowerApps' i am passing the details and links from PowerApps. Just to receive the email directly i am using Power Automate. Added the flow in power apps but for Yes i am having all the details in my email i am getting but for no I am unable to pull details which i am passing.

I had used single flow of automation to get the emails separately for both the yes and no
