Creating a flow where a form response is used to create an e-mail

Hello, I am currently trying to create a flow where a from response is used to help create and send an email. I keep getting similar error messages when using an 'apply to each' or my condition just will result in a 'false' when I've tried to create the flow without the 'apply to each'. Images attached.

Your second action in your flow needs to be Get response details if you want to do anything based on the response:

You don't need to do this in an apply to each because the trigger is for an individual response so there is only one item to process.

Hello, thanks for your help 🙂 I had previously tried the flow without 'apply to each' but I was getting false results for my conditions. I have attached images if you can continue to assist please, I appreciate it.

I think the best thing to do would be to put the question into a Compose action and run your flow again. You can then open the successful run and open the Compose action to see what data is returned from that question. I suspect that the data being returned is not what you think.

Hello, I have tried the compose action and the data returned is the correct number for my condition, I am very confused.
