Hi Ive been using flow/power automate for some time but I’m struggling to understand how recent licensing changes affect us.
If ive developed a power automate flow called from a SharePoint document library by an assigned read-only user. The flow does a simple approval to one of a hundred possible internal approvers. It then moves the sharepoint document to another folder based on the result of the approval.
So my question is do I just need 1 Power Automate per user plan for me as the flow author. Or do I need to also license the read-only users who execute run the flow or the 100 employees who may potentially need to do approval within outlook? all users have e5 or m5 licenses.
Many Thanks
Ross
