The issue:

Warning emails are sent from a device indicating an issue, this may be sent at various intervals throughout the day and possibly over several days.

I need to create a flow that is triggered by the first email that day with specific text in the body, subject line and from address and then send only one email that day (not forward) using parts of the text from the subject and body of the initial email to two other email addresses.

I have used MS Flow some time ago but not to any great extent.

Is this possible and can anyone provide any guidance?
