Error Action 'Post_message_in_a_chat_or_channel' failed

Hi Team,
When i sending an email to my inbox , Teams notification is not triggered. Error message is shown as invalid parameter (Error Action 'Post_message_in_a_chat_or_channel' failed).
Screenshot has been attached .can you assist to fix this?
