Hi,

I'm newbie to power automate. I'm unable to find any template for creating projects & giving users access in JIRA. PLs share the approach to for below condition, if possible.

Question:

  • Can i create project in Jira using flow or power app?
  • Can I establish a automate access giving process to user in Jira?

Note: Our Jira Instance is behind firewall i.e. in private subnet.

Please any help. Thanks in Advance🙂

    Hi @Anonymous ,

For the first question, yes, you could create project in JIRA within Microsoft flow with the "Create a new project" action of JIRA connector.

For the second question, do you want to grant access for user to your JIRA within Microsoft flow, I have made a test on my side and find no any way to grant access for user to JIRA in Microsoft flow currently, the function is not supported in Microsoft flow currently.

The link below for JIRA connector in Microsoft flow for your reference:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/jira/

    Best regards,

    Hi @v-alzhan-msft ,

Our Jira is hosted on AWS behind the firewall. Would it affect the accessbility.

Also token functionality isn't there in our JIRA, we've setup to login through LDAP only. How can I setup Jira in such csae.

Its not accepting password in place of token.

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,

    Shikha
