Sharing premium flow with many external users

Hi!

I created a instant flow to send an driveItem ID to an internal API of my company, using a custom connector to setup the authorization token. Therefore, my flow is one wich need a premium license to run. I have a personal premium license, so I can execute it, but I want it to be possible to external users use it too.

Things that I know:

I'm aware of the proccess license for the flow, wich allows users within my organization to use it without a premium license
I know that I can share a flow to users individually or to a defined group of users within my organization
I can export a solution with a flow and send it to external users, but I don't know if the license of the flow will maintain

My questions:

How can I share this flow, which is using premium features (custom connector), with internal and many external users?
About the bots in pricing of Proccess License: if a flow is used by multiple users simultaneously, I need more than one bot?
