How to edit form in offline app

I'm working in a offline app and it's working well to the new forms, but I can't edit a form offline. When I press the button is always "geting data".

As form data source I'm using the Sharepoint List.

De default mode is blank. And Item function is using a lookup to find the code created.

I'm not sure if the problem is to use the SPList as source, as it's working for new forms, but I'd like your help to understand.

If its an offline app then your forms and galleries need to be setup to work with a local collection. When you are online you need to replicate data from SharePoint to the collection and patch changes back to SharePoint. You can't have an edit form directly connected to SharePoint when the app is offline.

So it's not possible to edit a record saved offline while it's still offline?
This functionality was widely used online, the user added the departure time, and only when he arrived at the place did he include the arrival time.
Should I use a different screen with a collection data source form?

It is possible to edit a record saved offline. But if you are attaching the edit form to the SharePoint list then its not saved offline. Here's the documentation on how to build an offline app. Develop offline-capable canvas apps (contains video) - Power Apps | Microsoft Learn As I mentioned, offline apps requires that the data be saved offline in a collection. You can then edit the record in the collection and upload the changes when you next go online. By definition you don't have access to SharePoint when you are offline. So the data needs to be stored locally.

Yes, I'm doing this. I have 2 collections. One to display content already saved on sharepoint online (colExibirTempos) and another for content saved locally as temporary data (colTempTempos).
When I'm using New form I store the data in colTempTempos, but my point it is:
My user has just filled in the new 'Tempo' form, it has been saved in the temp collection and shown to him in the bottom gallery.
If he wants to edit this data he just created, can't I use the same form above? (Since it's data sourced in SharePoint) Does it need to be directed to another form that will bring in the data from the temporary collection it saved in?

The point is to edit the data the form needs to point at the colTempTempos, not RS_Tempos as it does now. You can't do a lookup of an online SharePoint list when you are offline.

@BigonJessica how did you approach this in the end? Separate form for edit capabilities? Got the same situation this end. User can create new records offline just fine but editing them after creation is proving a challenge!

I changed my approach. I've converted my app to fully offline, so i'm not using forms anymore, just fields like the list.
I use collections for each page and at the end (my user need to be connected) the end button updates all the information for the sharepoint lists. This way I fixed that and other problems.
