I have a form with some data in PowerApps and it has 3 approvals.
Since the number of approvals is fixed, I directly created the fields for each approval step within the same SharePoint list that has the form data:

Example: Approver1, Action1, Comments1, Date1 and so on up to approver 3.
The problem I have is that the approvers must optionally also be able to attach a file within their approve action.
So, since the attachments go to the same list, I don't know how to identify later which approver uploaded an attachment or not.
When the form is viewed within PowerApps processed, how can I display the attachment of each approver with their data?

Any idea how to solve this issue? Or I must to create a separate approval step list for that?

PD: I am not using a Approvals Flow.
