I have a scenerio where i need to pull all attachments from share point list(I will pass ID from Powerapp) and create file on sharepoint library, I would like to check if folder already exist(I will pass Folder name from Powerapps) inside All Attachments folder, If Exist then Create those file inside that folder, If does not exist then create new folder then create files inside of it.
After that if the new file name already exist inside the folder then create another file like File name(1) and Next time File name(2) so on.

Use the List Folder (for SharePoint).
If the length of the returned value/body = 0 then use Create Folder and then create your files else create your files
