Editable Gallery Misaligned with Headers @ Tab

My customer has elected to use an editable grid (gallery) to enter values. I have added a slider which supports "column freezing". However, there is an issue when they attempt to <Tab> from field to field. The Text Inputs become misaligned with the Text Headers.

Any ideas on how to handle <Tab> behavior dynamically-- within this context?

p.s. I was considering horizontal gallery within vertical gallery combination-- but not sure if that can also support column freezing.

    container + gallery needed to be sized the same. i dont believe there is a solution to <tab> behavior other than a horizontal container + vertical gallery.
