Using if statement in the body of a flow approval of a form

Hello dear,

I have a form which has different branching based on the selection. First there is an option if the the project is for new item or re-ordering. Based on the selection the subsequent questions will be different. If the user chose new item, the next question will be new project or exiting project, and based on the selection, there will be different questions.

Now I created the approval system for the form but in the email body details, I am not sure how to use a formula to only include the selection answers. For example if the answer was re-ordering, I want to show the answers of the subsequent questions of that selection.

Can anyone guide me please how to do that?

Best regards,

You can add a variable and after every answer you can append that variable with the text. In the end you can use that variable in your email to display all the information.

Please click Accept as Solution if it resolved your problem or give it a Thumbs Up if it helped you in anyway this will allow other people to search correct solutions effectively.

    Thanks,
    Rahber
