Using Power Automate within Power BI Desktop - Issue

Hi,

I am facing an issue when using Power Automate within Power BI.

When attempting to "Edit"  a Power Automate visual to create a flow, I am receiving a popup (attached).  After entering my Humana email as requested the connection is refused.
 
Any assistance on this issue is appreciated.
