Power Automate Flow returns "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable." and the Flow fails

Hi,

While calling the below mentioned http request in Power Automate Cloud tool, I am getting the following error message. 
Error: Action 'HTTP' failed

    503 means server error (on the side of topgun-tech).  Likely a transient issue, the site seems to be up again.
