Hi,
I integrated a Chatbot with a Workstream snippet locally and on another external CMS Website.
Unfortunately the links and the bold texts are not displayed correctly:
Any ideads why this is happening?
Hi ,
Bold
To apply bold: surround the text with double asterisks **
**
e.g. comments to express **strong**

@Neumayer
Hey thanks for the fast answer - do I need to apply it within the chatbot topic creation? We are not using any power automate flow or something.
I edited the topic within the PVA and set its format to bold, however when I embed the widget from the workstream in omnichannel it is displayed like this
whereas if I use the snippet code from the PVA itself (the iFrame) it gets rendered correctly
I tried to add the ** within the PVA topic thats why it is displayed here with the ** however the text is displayed correctly with bold format
@Neumayer ,
No, we must add this format by using Power Automate flows, if you type this in the topic creation won't work as expected.
Ok - so basically if I use the OOTB PVA Topic Designer and the link the BOT with an workstream where I copy the code snippet for embedding the widget - Links and Text formats are not supported without the aid of Power Automate?
Correct, @Neumayer .
You can use the Preview messages, but it is not recommended for production bots yet.
