Hello everyone. I was hoping someone could help, I'm having real trouble with this

I have a form and I want people to be able to add comments on a particular batch number.

How on earth do I do this please, I've been trying all afternoon!

I've tried a lookup on the submit form command but got lost.

Any help at all would be much appreciated

A form displays a single record. If you want to add many comments to a single record, I suggest that you create a second table that has two columns (in addition to its own ID column). The table should contain the foreign key (the ID of the batch, say batchID) and a column for the comments. When you select the record for the batch, you can reference the comments table in another gallery by setting its Items to

Filter(Comments, batchID = gallery1.Selected.ID)
