How to make email get sent by a bot instead of my work email

The pic shows my current flow where once someone submits a response to my office form - an automated email will be sent to the submitter however its shown to be sent from my work email (since i made the flow). Is there a way to get it sent from a bot instead so if my email is deactivated etc, it'll still work? thanks!

Hi @james23

You could add a new connection using the bot credentials for sending an email, click on three dots and add a new connection using bot account:

Its best practice to use connection with service account because the connection would become invalid if a user left the organization with active connection in the flow.

hi - is there a method that doesn't involve creating a new account eg) creating a virtual bot etc? thanks
