Converting HTML to PDF

Hi Community 

 

I have a flow that is connected to a power app. In a nutshell the flow collects a HTML template I have created swaps content for dynamic content then saves the new HTML file into my OneDrive. From here I use the OneDrive connector to convert the HTML file  to a PDF file and save this in SharePoint, the flow is working great and as expected. 

However I have noticed that some table elements of the HTML disappear when converting the HTML to PDF and I cant see why this is

 

The HTML has the wording 'Defects' above the second column as shown in image 1 but when converting to PDF it removes the wording as shown in image 2. Can anyone advise why this happens?
