Hello,
Novice Power Automate user so looking for some assistance or guidance in creating a flow for the following scenario:
- Currently, we have setup an Flow that allows individuals to seek approval for time off. The process allows for requested approvals to be approved or rejected and if approved automatically creates an event in a group calendar. All this works well.
- What we are now looking for is a way that will allow all members of the group to be reminded of upcoming time off periods.
Example: Member #1 has received approval to take time off from June 1 to June 6 2023. Member #2 has received approval to take time off from June 18 to 23 2023. These two items appear in the group calendar.
We now would like a flow to be created that will automatically send an email reminder to all members of the group two days before the beginning of each of these approved time off periods.
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
