Unable to use "Create item" as the 'GetTable' is too large

Team,
I'm working on a SharePoint List with over 240 columns (its a mix of dropdowns, Multiline Text and Numbers). I need the record to be created automatically based on the submission in other SharePoint List. While using Power Automate to create a record I'm getting below error.

I cannot reduce the number of columns as it is required to collate the details. Is there any other way to fix the issue?
As the number of columns were 200+ I initially created the List with excel import. Could this be the reason for this error?

Error:
Failed to retrieve dynamic inputs. Error details: 'The dynamic schema response from API 'sharepointonline' operation 'GetTable' is too large, only schemas with at most '1024' properties are supported.'

    Hello,

I would suggest using Sharepoint as storing data vs excel online. With sharepoint you won't get this kind of limitations and performance would also be improved.

Let me know if that works.

    Thanks

With SharePoint you do not need to GetTable before creating an item.
Use the Create Item for that SharePoint List and it will populate everything you need.

I'm getting this error on using the Create item action itself. What could be the reason to show "GetTable" error?
