Hi,

I have a flow that sends email to multiple recipients in 'To' and 'CC' field. The flow successfully sent the email however some of the recipients did not received it. When I check the actual email, they really not exist email recipient.

My 'To' field value is store in a variable in this format

"recipient1@abc.com", "recipient2@abc.com"

My 'CC' field value is store in a variable in this format

"recipient4@abc.com", "recipient5@abc.com", "recipient6@abc.com"

I'm sending the email through SharePoint connector

When the email was received, it only has 1 recipient in 'To'  and 2 recipient in 'CC' field.

All the email address in the variable are all active email address. I am not sure what is causing the problem.

Thank you in advance for any help that you could give.

    Hi @cabrose,

    I have just tried to reproduce this, but I wasn't able to.

    The body and headers in my test were a bit different. Might worth a shot using that setup instead in your test?

    Headers

    {
     "Accept": "application/json;odata=verbose",
     "Content-Type": "application/json;odata=verbose"
    }

    Body

    {
    "properties":
    {"__metadata": {"type":"SP.Utilities.EmailProperties"},
    "From":"",
    "To": {"results":[@{variables('To')}]},
    "Body":"This is a test with multiple e-mails in the To",
    "Subject":"Hello World"
    }
    }

    how are you going to pass HTML body in this approach?

    Hi @cabrose,

    Yes, you should be able to add html to the request.

    Below is an example.

    In this example I used a HTML <a> tag.
