Hello Everyone,

For some reason my flow no longer works and am receiving the message on Send an email after condition.  ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied. The execution of template action 'Send_an_email_(V2)' skipped: the branching condition for this action is not satisfied.

It is getting the correct input and outputs.

Here are screenshots of the flow.  It's just a send birthday email automation.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi @BHarTT

Please can you share the content of your Condition action? "Action branching condition is not satisfied" means that the Send an email action is in the true branch and your expression returned false.

Hope the content above may help you.

    Best Regards

Hi there!  Here is the content.  The output did return the correct data which was the current date MM-dd, and there was a date in the sharepoint list with that date but still the expression returned false.  Thanks for looking into this.

    Hi @BHarTT

Please add another Compose action to see what is the output of your Birth Date column?

    vLilyWmsft_0-1644282353923.png

I test on my side, it will return true if the Birth date is today.

Which data in your list satisfies the conditions? You can click Next arrow to find this record and see if it returns true.

Here are my outputs and the data that should satisfy it.  Thanks again for your help.

I should also mention there are over 4,000 records in the list.

    Hi @BHarTT

Please try to format the dates on both sides to the same format like below and try again.

    Expression1:

    formatDateTime(items('Apply_to_each')?['BitrhDate'],'MM-dd')

    Expression2:

    formatDateTime(utcNow(),'MM-dd')

By default, ‘Get items’ action only returns the first 100 records, you can increase the threshold by:

    1. Click the ellipses on the “Get items” item
    2. Settings
    3. Under Pagination:
      1. Enter the new limit of items
    4. Click Done

Good Morning!  It was the pagination that had to be increased.  I knew it was something simple as my small test list worked fine.  Thank you so much for your help!  Have a wonderful day.
