My flow is skipping the apply to each step, where there is a create item in sharepoint step. As you can see below, the previous step has output. thoughts?

@ahhollan What are you looping through? If you are trying to loop through items returned from the Filter Array action, you need to insert the body output from the Filter Array action into the Apply to Each action. Parsing the JSON is unnecessary.

To learn more about how to use the Filter Array action, please refer to this YT Tutorial: Are you using the Microsoft Power Automate Filter Array Action wrong?

In this video tutorial I’ll show you 3 practical ways to use the Filter Array action and how to use it properly.

    1️⃣ Cross-Referencing Data

    2️⃣ Filtering by Key

    3️⃣ Substring Matching

Did you know that the Condition action has a limit of 10 conditions? Although it might look like the Filter Array action can only accept one condition—this is not true. By using the advanced mode you can enter multiple conditions into a Filter Array action with an expression.

I've done that and it still skips all records.

could it be because one side of my filter array is from a join with blank out put?

You've shown us that the Parse JSON action has output, but we can't see what that Filter Array action is doing or outputting. I'd bet the problem is with that Action.

Can you show us the formulas in use in that action and what the output of that action look like, so we can verify the input for the Apply To Each action?

The output is 9 records like below. (correct because the table has 9 items)

To be clear, this is the output from the Filter Array action or from the previous Join action?

For debugging purposes, prior to your Apply To Each action can you add a Format HTML Table action with the output of your Filter Array and a Send An Email action to email that HTML table to yourself and verify that the output is what you're expecting to see.

If the Apply To Each isn't even running, that implies it's being fed an empty array.

My only suggestion is in your Apply To Each, remove the Body value:

Then reselect it from the dynamic values list, save the flow and test it again.
