(Edit: I also want to pre-emptively say I do not have access to any sort of administration portals as I am not part of IT)
I created a PowerApps application built into a SharePoint list form that I ended making very dynamic with multiple screens. I will explain the way the flow works and then ask for help:
1. User fills out a Microsoft Form to submit an application that will get reviewed.
2. Application populates the SharePoint list with its responses using Power Automate.
3. Reviewers use the PowerApp tied to the SharePoint form to view applications, submit their ratings (another list is attached to store them) and can use the application to view the rankings. Attached below are some example screens.
My issue is that while I was able to make the application list that the PowerApp uses public (using the Anyone with the link functionality), the PowerApp gets restricted to be shared only with established users in our org. Is there any workaround to let me share the PowerApp itself with external users as well? I worked pretty hard on this without knowing it'd be so restricted, so I would like to avoid letting my work go to waste. Thank you in advance.
