Hi All,

 

We are reading excel data in PowerApps and getting the below error while replacing the existing excel with the new excel file.

 

Error

File is locked for shared use by (unknown user).

 

 

Please suggest a workaround to get this issue fixed.

    Hi @Anonymous,

    It can be so many things with so many solutions, and it makes hard to pinpoint what is the solution X person needs.

    I was having this problem but I found a solution!

    The issue is that Excel files are locked for at least 6 minutes when uploaded to Sharepoint via Power Automate. I solved this by putting in a 6 minute delay so by the time the flow gets to that file the appropriate amount of time will have passed. Hope this helps!
