    Hello,
we currently have the same error. A workaround for us was to use the online excel client.

The error message in the image indicates that your tenant is not allowed to use the test environment in Power Automate.

This likely means that your organization's tenant does not have permission to access or run flows in the test environment, which is usually due to restrictions set by your organization's administrator.
Reach out to your organization's IT or system administrator. They may need to modify the permissions or settings for your tenant to allow access to the test environment.
