People picker drop-down list from sharepoint

hi all,

I am struggling with an issue with cascading drop-down where by the owner is set by the location. I have a SharePoint list with the locations and owners where this is retrieved from.

The drop-down field populates the single owner, which is filtered and sorted as below:

Sort(Distinct(Filter(ListName, Location = DataCardValue4.Selected.Value), Ownerfield), SortOrder. Ascending)

The ownerfield column on the Sharepoint list is text.

There are other questions on this form too, once complete and submitted, All the fields submit correctly except for owner field. i have tried everything to no avail.

Please can anyone help?

From your form, can you share the Update property code for the Owner DataCard?

The update property should be something like this:

Dropdown.Selected.Ownerfield
