Hi,
I'm looking to share an app. Is it good practice to share with everyone, and then give users access to the data as required?

I would advise that best practice is to share with security groups, and only those who need access. Then in your datasource, set permissions with those same security groups, that way the maintenance and upkeep is low as members added/removed to the groups will get their respective permissions and sharing rights automatically.

@iAm_ManCat Thanks very much for the advice. Have built a flow to add the users to that security group when required!! It was interesting to find that I was able to use the Office 365 Groups Connector to add a user to the Security Group 😀. I thought I would have to use the Azure AD connector!
