Delete Sharepoint Row based on SQL ID

Hi There,

I currently have x1 flow that takes sales order data from a SQL Table and populates a sharepoint list for other team members to interface with.

However i want to create another flow that keeps the sharepoint list tidy, by removing the row if the sales order data from SQL is marked as despatched (desaptch column).

Any tips on best approach to do this?

Thansks

    Hi @craig_01

You need to retrieve the records SQL based on a filter where marked as dispatched. Once you got the records then you need an identifier to match something like Order number or something in SharePoint. Believe this is already populated by your existing flow. Using that common identifier Filter the SharePoint records and delete it.

    1. SQL to retrieve the dispatched records

    2. Iterate in a loop all the records

    3. Use the Order Number (From SQL) to filter against SharePoint Get Items

    4. Next Delete Item using the SharePoint Id

    Thanks

@abm Thanks for reply.. But i need a bit more guidance.

My current flow is working which populates a Sharepoint List, and part of the flow is that it inserts a SQLID into a column.

The new flow that i want to create, reads data from a different table, that has a column status which states "OUT", this table also will contain the same SQLID reference.

So under a re-occuring flow, want to get data from the new table, and if the status is "OUT" against the respective SQLIDs, i want to delete the row from the Sharepoint List.

    Thx
