Extract information from invoices returns Null prediction

Hi,

My flow which uses "Extract information from invoices" has been working fine for weeks. An today it returns "Null prediction",

I have plenty of AI credits left, and the other 'extract info from image or pdf' still returns a result.

Any ideas what's gone wrong?

Hey Mate, I am updating the thread to say that it was temporary and a Glitch from Microsoft. Please mark this questions are Solved and Verify the answer.

Thank you for the information CFernandes  it is useful to know.

My issue was temporary, without changing anything in the flow, it started processing correctly after a couple of hours.  So, I can only assume there was a glitch on the Microsoft side.

This is good, as my flow is working, but concerning as I'm planning a business process based on this AI invoice recognition model and would NOT to like to face unexpected outages when live in productions.

Are there model status dashboards do you know?

    Hey @johndmccurdy

The problem appears to be specific to the file you are trying to process. Is the file an image-based PDF (scanned)? In certain conditions, such files may encounter issues.

Please review the limitations outlined here: Form Processing Model Requirements.

Here are a few key considerations based on my experience:

    • If your PDFs are password-protected, you must remove the password before submitting them.

    • The maximum document size for processing should not exceed 20 MB.

    • For images, the dimensions must be between 50 × 50 and 10,000 × 10,000 pixels.
