Set Font of Variable or set it in Table

I am setting a variable to either Unavailable or Available.

I then put the variable into a table, which is then emailed out.

I get a nice report.

I want to bold this part when the variable is Available.

Since I am running it through a apply to each, I am not sure how to do that.

Can you actually format a variable?  Can you bold it when setting the variable?

If not, can you do some type of if statement where I am putting it in the table to make it bold only if  it is Available?

So I tried this based on something I found here.

But that did not work.  The email comes out like this:

Tried putting the append to string table into the condition, and using the formatting there as well.

That worked by making Availbable bold and Unavailable normal, but it shifted over the Available rows, and I have zero clue why.
