    Hi John,

    Right before create file, use Get file content using path.  That's going to give you the dynamic content for your create file action.   Then you simply name the file in create file action and use the dynamic file content from Get file content using path.  Works like magic, no pun intended.

    Yes, use get file content using path to point to your template. Just navigate to the template.

    I am at the gym but will send you an example when I get home. Tom

    Hi John,

    Here's some framework for reference.  Here I have a template that I want to copy, aka Create File action.  So in the Get file content using path, in the File Path field, click on the folder icon and navigate to the file.

    In the Create file action, you select the site, folder path, and then give it a file name (these could also be dynamic content such as variables too).  So in this example, I am creating a copy of my template "a_table_tst1.xlsx" from above and the copy is "Templatecopy.xlsx" shown below.

    Let me know if that is helpful.

    @trice602
    I think you did not get what i am asking for exactly. Now in your case the "a_table_test1.xlsx" is an actual file inside the document library ? or it is a template (which i need to get its url- this is my main question-)?, here is the template i am talking about inside my library:-

    Thanks
