I keep getting this error message when trying to get started with the community program. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    How exactly are you registering for that?

    The 'community program' was the plan that pre-dated the 'developer plan'. If you're looking for a developer environment, I would recommend that you follow the link below to register for the developer plan.
