automatically send mail when attribute Descripton is updated in AAD using Power automate

Hi everyone,

When we update the attribute field "Descripton" In Active Directory, I want a flow that automatcially send an email to a specifik user. The flow also needs to check the attribut every 30 seconds. Im not sure how to start and create my flow. Do i need to use the Microsoft Entra connector or how do intergrate my flow with our AD? The flow also only needs to be triggered if the user is located in a specific OU...

1. When the attribute field "Descripton" number is updated and you are a part of the OU called "Example" trigger and mail and send the mail to exmaple@hey.com

In case you really need 30 second interval, create an instant cloud flow and organize endless cycle.
If you can live with 2 minutes interval, create a scheduled flow.
In both cases you have to execute GRAPH requests to get actual and previous values of "Description" field and compare them.
