Hello everyone!

I have a Form with the choice question and multiple answers in it.

I want to convert answers in the choices to the text (like long description) and put this answer to word document.

And I a little bit stack on it.

I tried to user Select and Filter Array tool, but no success here.

Any ideas how can I make it?
