Send email with options, "The workflow is not in running state. It was completed or cancelled"

I am trying to request for feedback from several people using the send email with options flow, I expect a 'Yes' or 'No' feedback. I am storing the response within my company's sharepoint, which I believe there is no connection/credential issue between the flow and the sharepoint.

I send it to multiple email addresses, and I expect each of them response to this email.

But after one person clicked this button, the other person can't finish the feedback, it returns "The workflow is not in 'running' state. it was completed or cancelled.

Kindly need the support, thanks!

Hi,

The issue is because you are sending one email to everyone, and once there is a reply, the workflow is closed. If you want to get and store responses from everyone, the key is to sending one email via "Send email with options" per email , in an apply to each loop, and you can store their response in your desired location.

I am doing a similar flow and works very well.
