Get link to file in One Drive (for people with existing access)

I have a folder in my OneDrive that I have shared with a few other users - this gives them view access to all files inside the folder.

My flow currently creates a file inside the folder, then emails those users to tell them there is a new file in the folder, and what the file is called.

Ideally, I'd also like to provide them with a link to the file.

Unfortunately, when using the "create share link" action, the only scope options are "anonymous" or "organisation"; both of these options generate a link that gives view access to anyone with the link, which is not an acceptable solution as I must maintain strict control over who has access to the documents.
Is there any other way to get the URL for the document to share with people with existing access?

Using the GUI this is as simple as clicking "copy link" which opens the "share" dialog with the option set to "people with existing access".

Hi @jdavison ,

I am afraid that relying on the existing functions of Power Automate will not be able to achieve this requirement. Unfortunately, the only scopes we can set are Anonymous and Organization.

Thanks for your response @v-bacao-msft. Do you happen to know if this problem would be the same with an item in a SharePoint library? If the permissions are set as desired on the library and we just want to get the link to the item without creating an "anybody with the link" link?

Hi @jdavison ,

Yes, only members of the site can access link to item, or users who have been granted access rights can access link to item.
