Copy content of excel files in a master file

Hello Team,
 
I am wondering if it's possible to create a flow in Power Automate that monitors a specific folder in SharePoint. The goal is to trigger the flow whenever a new row is inserted or an existing row is modified across multiple files, and then add a new row in a master file.
 

Has anyone implemented something similar, or could offer guidance on how to set this up?

    You can do this, and you will know what file changed, but not necessarily what row.
    you'll have to verify the rows in the master then add the one(s) it doesn't have based on whatever file changed.
