please see the attached image and suggest me the best option for automating dcom settings in remote windows 10 machines

First, are you using an account that has Admin privileges?

If you are, open PAD and open the app you want to capture from.

Then open the Task Manager. find the PAD process (you may have to expand the arrow on the left) right click on the process and select "Details" this should open the details tab and tell you who the app was launched by. Add the column "Elevated". Check the User and Elevated values for both PAD and the app.

If the app is elevated, try exiting PAD completely. Then search for CMD in the Start Menu, then right click on it and click Open as Administrator. Depending on where your PAD is installed, put the full path to "...PAD.Console.Host.exe" in CMD and hit enter. PAD should be elevated at this point, double check in Task Manager.
