Hi, I am new to powerapps and I am learning. I would appreciate if someone can help me with this.
I have connected the form to the data source (sharepoint) and when I play I cannot see the fields. Why is it so? Please see the screenshots attached. Thanks.

To solve the immediate issue, you could try adding a Button control, with the OnSelect property set to:
NewForm(YourFormName)
In the editor, you can manipulate the controls on a form even if no record has been loaded, but when you Play the app, you need something (the NewForm()) to load a record.

Hello, this only fixed temporaly the issue. When I reload the page and start the app, I can't see the form
