Possible? Using MS List and Form in Power Automate without permissions to MS List or Form

Is it possible to create a flow via Power Automate that uses a list or a form that I don't have permission to use myself. In principle, I could bypass the permission system of Sharepoint or MS Teams, which of course would not be effective.

Example:

There is an MS Forms (FORM_EX) and an MS List (LIST_EX). The answers from (FORM_EX) the form should be entered into the MS List (LIST_EX) via Power Automate. (There is a corresponding template in Power Automate.)

Can a user who does not have permission to the form (FORM_EX) or the list (LIST_EX) create a flow which uses the FORM_EX and LIST_EX, by using the form ID of FORM_EX or the list ID from LIST_EX.

Or does Power Automate check if the "creator of the flow" has the permission to LIST_EX and FORM_EX, to use the content of those in the Flow.

Thanks in Advance for support.

PS: I am new and  I am just started using Power Automate!

    @LeebSt no, you have to have the relevant permissions on the list or form to create the flow, otherwise it would be a major security loophole.

    @RobElliott

    Thank you for your quick response.

    I thought so anyway, but just wanted to make sure. And true, it would really be a big security hole.
