Need to get Microsoft lists column name

My flow is to get the Coumns names, once any modifications are done to the Lists. The Lists consist of different column types(Mutli lines, choice, date and time). In the flow i used Get chnages for an item or file action to get the column by entering the ID from when an item is craeted or modified action output. I am receveing the output of columns type(Date , choice, mutliline ) as field_1 , field_2 etc. whichare not teh name. How to get the name of teh column. Please fine the attached output of it.

i have to get the last version along with it to compare and get what all has been modified. the Present send Http action URI i have attached. Could you please help me in modification with the one which you have sent

This returns an array containing all columns in the SharePoint list with their InternalName and Title:

Replace test1 with your list name:

_api/web/lists/GetByTitle('test1')/fields?$select=Title,internalName
