Best Practice to remind users through Power Automate

Hi,

Every week I get a report of the users who don't complete trainings.

So through power automate I want to send a reminder to users for the activity.

Here I am not planning to send reminder emails as user may ignore due to lot of emails.

Let me know the best way to remind users either through adaptive cards/Teams Notification.

Over all it should help users to remind in a different way to start activity.

Regards,

Sudheer

Are all training users all in one group?
Use the Teams connector to send a message to the group unless you want to remind the individual users rather than a general reminder then you can send it individually.

I am not sure what you mean by best practice. You have a couple of options to send to Teams, Donald mentioned the below, but you can either send to a person or to a channel.

It is really up to you to decide which is best.

Where are you getting the data, that tells you whom to update? As that part is or could be the more difficult or interesting part then sending a Card to teams or a private message to a person.
