Hi,
I trigger PA flows via a published Power BI Report in Teams via a button. It works well for the owner and certain run only users, but not for some other users.
I made the tests for three users
User | Right | Works | Result on UI |
Servicemaster | Owner | Yes | Successful |
Service Client | Run-Only | Yes | Successful |
PN | Run-Only | No | Button Freezes |
The rights are given, you can see this below. The triggered flows also deliver the user information in the HTTP Header.
So I checked the licenses and the power bi access rights, but these seem to be equivalent for Service Client and PN.
Do you have any tipps or information for me, because I'm running out of ideas 😞
All users belong to the same domain.
Maybe useful: The user PN was one of our first accounts. The "Service Client" was created much later, when Power Automate was introduced and we need tests.
