Webpage source in Generative AI

Hi

I have a problem with a webpage on which Copilot should give answers.

I'd like to fill in the Confluence page of my department, but the bot is not using it.

Besides, the fact that it cannot be more than 2 levels deep, does this mean it will navigate deeper on its own, or will deeper content not be taken into consideration at all?

When it comes to uploaded pdf file, it works as expected.

A "webpage" here can be either a SharePoint site or a public website indexed by Bing. For Confluence you would probably have to use the "custom data" pattern, which means you would need to build an HTTP call to a search endpoint that Confluence exposes.

This pattern is demonstrated here: Copilot Studio Generating Answers from a Custom Index such as ServiceNow Knowledgebase (youtube.com)

Let me know if this is clear?
