Hello everyone, I am new to using power automate and I am running into a bit of an issue. I want to make a flow that will create a task in Microsoft Teams upon the submission of a Microsoft Form. It is working almost entirely the way I want it to, except when a form is submitted, two tasks are created, one of which is unnecessary and nearly unreadable. I'm not entirely sure how to fix this. Any advice would very much be appreciated! I have attached screenshots of my current flow, as well as the tasks that are created in Teams.
