Reassign request manually

Hi,

Currently, I am building flow for the reassign part.

Based on my understanding, there is no reassign function on Microsoft Flow, In this case, Is it possible to do a reassign manually?

As for now, I only have an idea of using the send email function to do the reassign. For example,

In the Approval action, the approver chooses 'reassign' and it will run the flow and send an email to the employee that the approver wanted to reassign to. After the reassign employee make their decision, the flow will be routed back to the approver and the approver able to see reassign decision and comments.

The approver can use back the approval action and send an email back to the requester with the reassign employee comments.

Is there any way to do so?

Thank you.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

The approver could reassign the request to others in Microsoft flow currently.

You could create the flow with the Start and wait for an apporoval action, the approver could reassign the request to othersas screenshot below:

And you could add an send an email action on the approval to send the result to the approver as below:

    Best regards,
