I've tried everything... but there must be something I'm missing! :) I have a workflow that works perfect if the users are internal and the permissions are set to view and edit. However, if I have guest users that are members of this team, and external sharing is enabled, I get this error:
The operation failed because sharing has been disabled on this site.
I know that external sharing is enabled because my users are part of the team and they can even edit files that are already uploaded. But in this workflow, the link won't create due to this error. I've used Microsoft Copilot to verify everything and it all checks out. At the end of all the troubleshooting, it says I should reach out to Microsoft Support. So, here I am. :)
