Project for the web - notify when dates change

Hello,

I am trying to build a flow for MS Project for the web.

I need notify team members when the dates of any task within a project are changed.  I don't mind if the notification is via email or through TEAMS.

I know that I need to connect to the dataverse for Project for the web but other than that I am very lost!

Can anyone guide me on building this flow?

    Hi there, me again

So it looks like there is a template - and while the dataverse actions are legacy - if you create based on the template, it may give you some good ideas on how to work with that connector:

    https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/project-blog/new-flow-templates-for-project-for-the-web/ba-p/1384140

Back to your current need... you will be watching for changes in a date only, and notifying if that happens.

I don't have Project, but, I assume that just the Dataverse trigger alone will do the trick for you:

It even lets you identify the specific column that you want to see modified before it kicks off. I entered "Start Date", you'd enter whatever your task date is.

Your table name would be your project, and scope ... well, I don't know what scope would be in there.

From there you can send the notification whereever you like.
